Although the most important validation of the quality of our services is the satisfaction of our customers, numerous international organisations have also chosen to put their confidence in us and to officially certify our organisation's activity and the conception of our language holidays:

SALTA

ESL is a member of the Association of language travel agents in Switzerland: SALTA.

Founded in 2003, the main objective of SALTA (Swiss Association of Language Travel Agents) is to establish precise and uniform quality standards and to check that they are adhered to.

The members of SALTA guarantee the greatest possible security in terms of the quality and reliability of their services and that of the proposed language schools.

Quality English

This label is given to independent schools offering quality programmes that meet strict standards and are of excellent reputation. They are all accredited by the British Council and English UK. ESL is an official Quality English agent for the representation of these schools.

WYSE Work Abroad Association

Sister association of WYSETC, WYSE brings together those active in the organisation or promotion of work abroad programmes. It sets high quality standards that its members must respect and works with governments to promote work abroad programmes.

WYSETC

(The World Youth Student & Educational Travel Confederation)
This organisation was founded in 2006 following the fusion of two larger international federations for professionals active in the field of youth travel: the FIYTO (Federation of International Youth Travel organisations) and the ISTC (International Student Travel Confederation). This organisation includes more than 500 members in 118 countries.

(Association of Language Travel Organisations) The ALTO association includes 180 organisations in 40 countries on all 5 continents. This organisation brings together associations that organise language studies abroad and work according to a common ALTO quality charter.

Label of Quality for Swiss Tourism (Level 1)

The label of quality for Swiss tourism was set up by several Swiss tourism insitutions including the Swiss Tourism Federation (FST), the Swiss Tourist Office (ST) and the Swiss Association of Tourism Directors (ASDT). ESL has fulfilled the necessary conditions for obtaining the level 1 label of quality.
