Mike Imhof
General Manager – ESL Education Group
Mike Imhof is General Manager of ESL Education Group. Joining in August 2008, he is responsible for the global management of ESL Education Group.
Prior to ESL Education Group, Mike spent 9 years of audit and consulting activity at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada and Switzerland.
Mike has a Master of Management from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland. He is also a Swiss Chartered Accountant.

Krister Weidenhielm
Head of Products Development & Purchase
Krister is responsible for product development & purchase. He is seeking for any opportunity to develop ESL's partner network. He is both responsible for the partnership development and the adequacy of our product portfolio with our students needs at the best conditions. Valuing each partners contribution to our product portfolio and ensuring that our students have access to the right information at any time about any school is part of his daily work.
Krister joined ESL in 1998. Since then he has been active in most of ESL's departments from teaching to sales. His prior experience as a language teacher and teacher trainer at the Alliance Française after completing his education studies, as well as his extensive travel experience lay at the heart of his current activities.

Marco Antonelli
Head of General Administration
Marco Antonelli is ESL Education Group’s Finance Manager. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of ESL Education Group’s finances and co-ordinating the accounting team.
Marco started his career at Tetra Pak where his responsibilities covered financial accounting and customer service, including price transfer, pricing and cost calculations. After nine years at Tetra Pak, Marco joined Swiss financial services company Dinareal as CEO. He joined ESL Education Group in 2010.

Frédéric Magnin
Head of Marketing
Frédéric Magnin has overall responsibility for the marketing activities of the group. He is in charge of ESL’s development and operations related to brand positioning, sales support and public relations.
Frédéric graduated with a Master of Management at HEC Lausanne, Switzerland. After his studies, he worked in the marketing department in the luxury industry in Switzerland as well as in the education sector in Vancouver, Canada.
He joined ESL in 2005. After leading the group’s Swiss marketing team, he joined the management team.

Fabien Produit
Head of Schools
Fabien Produit is Schools Division Manager at ESL Education Group, with overall responsibility for managing our schools and summer camps. He joined ESL’s marketing team in 2003 and has since held various roles within the group, principally involving the opening of new ESL course centres. He started his current position in September 2007.
Before and while working for ESL, Fabien received a diploma in business management from l'Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, which included Swiss army training.

Paul Lovejoy
Chief Information Officer
Paul Lovejoy is Chief Information Officer at ESL Education Group, responsible for information systems and technology across the organization. After 22 years as an independent software developer under the name Logisphère, including 7 years working as a consultant for ESL, Paul joined our permanent team in 2010.
Prior to starting Logisphère, Paul worked for 7 years with Philip Morris in Lausanne, where responsibilities included the management of a software development team for finance, sales and marketing as well as activities in accounting, internal controls and financial analysis.
Paul graduated from The University of California at Santa Barbara in 1980, with a degree in business economics.

Carole Javet
Head of IAC
Carole is manager of the International Admissions Centre in Montreux. Managing a team of 30 people, she oversees the organisation of study abroad trips, student care and welfare and ensures the high quality of ESL’s products.
Carole joined ESL in 2003, after studying tourism at the Swiss School of Tourism in Sierre (Switzerland). Her studies included a nine month internship with a tour operator in New York. Bitten by the travel bug at an early age, Carole spent 6 months learning English in Sydney after high school.
